Join us for the BHCC Renovation Meeting on March 29th, 2025! This event is a wonderful opportunity to stay informed about the exciting updates and future plans for our renovation project. Upon arrival, you'll check in with our friendly board members who will provide you with an agenda and guide you through the day's activities.
We'll have dedicated stations set up for new member registrations and for those interested in applying for vacant board positions. The meeting will officially kick off with a warm welcome from our leadership team, followed by a brief overview to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Members will then have the opportunity to participate actively by voting to fill vacant board positions. After voting, attendees are encouraged to participate in brief, focused committee breakout sessions to discuss various initiatives and plans.
